Learning with Python

A student in my lab needed to write a computer game for an assignment in another class. "Can you write graphical games using python?" he asked.

"Sure," I said, "google pygame and email me any questions."

1. Last week he emails me, "how do you compile python programs?" Seriously.
2. Over the weekend he sends, "how do you do member variables in python?"
3. Today he sends a message with some code attached: "Here's the game I made; you fly around and shoot aliens!"

How great is that? How cool is python?
